We created a brand and positioning for a new digital trading platform that empowers both farmers and retailers by simplifying trade in Southern Africa.
A brand that is benefit driven and promotes simplicity and prosperity by highlighting the simplest solution or route.
The logo uses a graphic line in the Z showing the simplest route from point to point.
The point to point graphic language follows through to the simple line illustration style, while the idea of shortening is also used in top level messaging through a highlighting device.
The focus of the messaging differed depending on the audience around the themes of fairness, simplicity, time and cost benefits.
The applications promoted cost and time-saving benefits. Either by using the graphic language or the actual physicality of print.
The focus for farmers was more emotionally led using the illustration to promote a ‘happy’ trade. This is shown on t-shirts sent to new subscribers.
Plant and market references were used as wallet keepsakes and holding devices on advertising comms.
